EEOC Announces Novadoz Conciliation Agreement Over Discrimination Charge

On October 1, 2026, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced a pre-litigation conciliation agreement with Novadoz Pharmaceuticals following a charge alleging that an assistant manager’s request to work remotely was denied because of her race, American national origin, and disability. The EEOC says the agreement also requires policy revisions, training, and reporting to the agency.

The EEOC release contains inconsistent payment figures: its headline and the body’s description of the agreement state $116,666, while the opening paragraph says $166,666. We are preserving that discrepancy rather than choosing one amount. This was an administrative conciliation agreement, not a court judgment.
