This policy applies to voluntary financial contributions made to WhiteAmericanRights.com after secure payment processing becomes available.
Contribution Status
WhiteAmericanRights.com is an independent educational publication and is not a nonprofit, charity, or tax-exempt organization. Contributions are voluntary, are not tax deductible, and do not involve the purchase of goods or services.
Refund Requests
If a contribution was made in error, duplicated, or charged in an incorrect amount, please submit a request through the Contact page within 30 days of the transaction. Include the contributor name, transaction date, amount, and the email address used for the contribution. Do not send card numbers or bank-account information.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment processor and the contributor’s financial institution. Transaction or processing fees that are not returned by the processor may be deducted where permitted by law.
Recurring Contributions and Cancellation
If recurring contributions are offered, a supporter may cancel future charges at any time using the cancellation method provided with the payment receipt or by contacting us through the Contact page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund a charge already processed.
Charge Questions
Please contact WhiteAmericanRights.com promptly about an unfamiliar or disputed contribution so the transaction can be reviewed. We will cooperate with the payment processor and applicable financial institution to address verified errors or unauthorized charges.

This policy may be updated when payment methods or contribution options change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
